Summary

Kurvette, a black-haired baroness, has long been despised by her family as an "imi-ko" (an ill-omened child). Her black hair conceals a secret power, enabling her to create strange potions, but she's been hiding it to avoid being used by her family. One day, she is approached with a marriage proposal by Langst-Termidor, a frontier marquis rumored to hate women. Suspicious, Kurvette disguises her appearance using her potions to meet him.
