The plot as far as I remember goes as follows
The top/ tachi is a black haired male/ main lead who has a big mushroom/ u know what
The bottom/ neko is a male doctor specialising in male reproductive system related problems and has a small clinic where only a few or no patients arrive
The author is japanese and the manga was translated to english where I read it and also I don't remember if the name was in japanese or english or the names of the characters, what I remember is only the story line.
The tachi approches the doc regarding his big mushroom and his failed attempts of intercourse with his female partners, who refused to take it in because of the u know what's mosterous size and mostly only gave hin a handjob and never a head or the intercourse part making the tachi still a virgin
One day the tachi approaches the doc with his problem and states his worries to the doc, on which the doc suggests to undress for the examination
once the tachi undresses and stis on the examination bed the doc takes the mushroom and begins examining its size and shape, which was very huge than an average japanese's erect mushroom at its rest
The doc on examition notices the mushroom swelling up and blooming to its full size which exictes the doc and the doc asks the tachi if he can give head, leading to the tachi's first experience at having been given head
the doc further suggests the tachi to continue consulting the doc for losing his virginity, which eventully happens later on in the manga
The doc also has toys and lube lying around at his clinic and compares the monstrous mushroom of tachi to the you know what toys
